Jeff ist Senior Partner bei Matters Graph. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Strategieentwicklung, sowohl in der Beratung als auch in der Industrie. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Technologie und technologiebasierten Produkten und Dienstleistungen in verschiedensten Branchen. Zu seinen Aufgaben geh\u00f6ren Due-Diligence-Pr\u00fcfungen auf K\u00e4uferseite, Strategieentwicklung und Preisgestaltung.<\/p>\n\n

Jeff war Mitentwickler\u00a0Sorgfaltspflicht ist wichtig<\/a>, ein Best-Practice-Toolkit und Leitfaden f\u00fcr die Commercial Due Diligence-Aktivit\u00e4ten von Private-Equity- und M&A-Experten.<\/p>\n\n

Vor seinem Eintritt bei Matters Graph war Jeff als Director of Corporate Strategy bei Microsoft t\u00e4tig, wo er sich auf K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz, Augmented Reality, Gaming und Cloud-Plattformdienste konzentrierte. Zuvor war er Vice President im Bereich Private Equity und M&A einer Strategieberatung. Jeff leitete \u00fcber 250 Commercial Due Diligence- und M&A-Strategieprojekte f\u00fcr Zielunternehmen vom unteren Mittelstand bis hin zu gro\u00dfen b\u00f6rsennotierten Konzernen.<\/p>\n\n

Jeff schloss sein Studium am Swarthmore College mit Auszeichnung ab und erwarb seinen MBA an der Wharton School der University of Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n\n
