Eoghans Erfahrung erstreckt sich \u00fcber ein breites Branchenspektrum, darunter Energiewende, Industrieprodukte und -dienstleistungen, Infrastruktur, Technologie, Unternehmensdienstleistungen und Bildung. Seine T\u00e4tigkeitsschwerpunkte umfassen die kaufm\u00e4nnische Due-Diligence-Pr\u00fcfung und die Wertsteigerung nach Unternehmensk\u00e4ufen.<\/p>\n\n

Eoghans T\u00e4tigkeit im Bereich Commercial Due Diligence umfasst ein breites Spektrum an Transaktionen (von 14 Billionen bis 5 Milliarden US-Dollar), darunter klassische Buyouts, \u00dcbernahmen von b\u00f6rsennotierten Unternehmen, Sondersituationen\/Investitionen in Krisensituationen und Zuk\u00e4ufe von Portfoliounternehmen. Seine Arbeit im Bereich Commercial Value Generation deckt ein breites Spektrum an Themen ab, darunter strategische Planung, Wertmanagement, Preisgestaltung und Markteintritt f\u00fcr Private-Equity-finanzierte Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n

Vor seinem Eintritt bei Matters Graph im Jahr 2020 arbeitete Eoghan bei Accenture und konzentrierte sich dort auf Kostensenkungsinitiativen (Strategic Sourcing, ZBS, Digitale Transformationen) f\u00fcr mehrere Fortune-50-Kunden in den Bereichen Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke, Automobil, Medizinproduktevertrieb und Einzelhandel in den USA und Mexiko.<\/p>\n\n

Eoghan schloss sein Studium an der Case Western Reserve University mit einem Bachelor of Science in Finance ab. <\/p>\n\n
