Bees joined Matters Graph six years ago and his remit has widened as the firm has grown. His work now spans energy transition, industrial products and services, infrastructure, technology, and education, and he has guided investors through deals ranging from $200 million to $5 billion, across buyouts, take-privates, special situations, and add-on acquisitions. Bees also advises management teams directly on the strategic questions that follow a deal: new market entry, product development, geographic expansion, and pricing. That range, rigorous diligence before the close and counsel on growth after it, is what has made him a trusted partner to the investors he works with.<\/p>\n\n
