Oktober 2026 angek\u00fcndigte Transaktion wird voraussichtlich im vierten Quartal 2026 abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-paragraph\">Matters Graph (ehemals GRAPH Strategy USA) unterst\u00fctzte 26North umfassend bei der Due-Diligence-Pr\u00fcfung auf K\u00e4uferseite und deckte dabei die Endm\u00e4rkte von MEI im Bereich Rechenzentren und dar\u00fcber hinaus ab. Die Arbeit basierte auf der Erfahrung von Matters Graph mit dem Vertrieb von Waren und Dienstleistungen an Industrie-, Infrastruktur- und Fertigungsunternehmen, einschlie\u00dflich Rechenzentren und anderer fortschrittlicher Einrichtungen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bauausgaben in den USA verteilen sich auf verschiedene Sektoren. Laut Daten des US Census Bureau stiegen die Ausgaben f\u00fcr den Bau von Rechenzentren in den zw\u00f6lf Monaten bis August 2026 um mehr als 731.000 Billionen US-Dollar, w\u00e4hrend die Ausgaben f\u00fcr den Bau von Produktionsanlagen um etwa 201.000 Billionen US-Dollar zur\u00fcckgingen.
