Aker BioMarine ist ein norwegisches Fischerei- und Biotechnologieunternehmen und Lieferant von Krill \u2013 einer wichtigen Quelle hochwertiger N\u00e4hrstoffe f\u00fcr Aquakulturbetriebe aller Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnungen weltweit. Das Unternehmen besitzt und betreibt die weltweit f\u00fchrende Krillfangflotte hinsichtlich Qualit\u00e4t und Quantit\u00e4t. Nach dieser Transaktion wird Aker BioMarine aus drei Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen bestehen: Consumer Health Ingredients, Emerging Businesses und Human Health.
