L'exp\u00e9rience d'Eoghan couvre un large \u00e9ventail de secteurs, notamment la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les produits et services industriels, les infrastructures, la technologie, les services professionnels et aux entreprises, et l'\u00e9ducation. Son expertise porte sur l'audit d'acquisition et la cr\u00e9ation de valeur commerciale post-acquisition.<\/p>\n\n

L'expertise d'Eoghan en mati\u00e8re d'audit pr\u00e9alable commercial couvre un large \u00e9ventail de transactions (de 1 TP4 000 millions \u00e0 1 TP4 000 milliards), incluant les rachats classiques, les op\u00e9rations de retrait de la cote, les investissements dans des situations sp\u00e9ciales\/entreprises en difficult\u00e9 et les acquisitions compl\u00e9mentaires de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en portefeuille. Son expertise en cr\u00e9ation de valeur commerciale englobe la planification strat\u00e9gique, la gestion de la valeur, la tarification et l'entr\u00e9e sur de nouveaux march\u00e9s pour les entreprises d\u00e9tenues par des fonds de capital-investissement.<\/p>\n\n

Avant de rejoindre Matters Graph en 2020, Eoghan travaillait chez Accenture, o\u00f9 il se concentrait sur les initiatives de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts (approvisionnement strat\u00e9gique, ZBS, transformations num\u00e9riques) pour de nombreux clients du Fortune 50 dans les secteurs de l'alimentation et des boissons, de l'automobile, de la distribution m\u00e9dicale et du commerce de d\u00e9tail aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Mexique.<\/p>\n\n
