Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, completed Commercial Due Diligence supporting AIP\u2019s pending acquisition of the Feed Ingredient business from Aker BioMarine<\/a> in partnership with its existing shareholders. Aker BioMarine is a Norwegian fishing and biotech company and supplier of krill – a key source of high-value nutrition to aquaculture producers (“fish farmers”) of all sizes across the globe. The company owns and operates the world’s leading krill-fishing fleet both in quality and quantity. Following this transaction, Aker BioMarine will consist of three business units: Consumer Health Ingredients, Emerging Businesses, and Human Health. Feed Ingredients will supply krill raw materials for its Human Health Ingredients unit.<\/p>\n\n

Matters Graph’s involvement leverages the firm\u2019s experience in aquaculture and, more broadly, agriculture. The team was led by Senior Partners Jeff Merkle and Mark Stein.<\/p>\n\n
