WASHINGTON, D.C., October 19, 2026—Matters Graph congratulates 26North Partners LP (“26North”) its definitive agreement to acquire MEI Industrial Solutions (“MEI”), a provider of equipment execution services, from Olympus Partners. The transaction, announced October 15, 2026, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Matters Graph (formerly GRAPH Strategy USA) supported 26North across the full scope of buy-side commercial due diligence, covering MEI’s data center and non-data center end markets. The work drew on Matters Graph’s experience with goods and services selling into industrial, infrastructure, and manufacturing, including data centers and other advanced facilities.
U.S. construction spending is splitting by sector. In the 12 months through August 2026, data center construction spending rose more than 73% while manufacturing construction fell about 20%, according to U.S. Census Bureau data. Both kinds of project depend on moving and setting heavy equipment, from transformers and cooling systems to fab tools and production lines.
