Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, a specialist strategy consulting firm, completed comprehensive Commercial Due Diligence supporting J&J Ventures, and sponsor Oaktree Capital Management, during its acquisition of Tap Room Gaming. In the transaction, J&J purchased all gaming and amusement operations of Tap Room Gaming, a leading supplier of gaming technology, marketing, and customer service with a strong presence in the Chicago area.
