Congratulations to Oaktree Capital Management on its Acquisition of Electro-Mechanical LLC

Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, completed Commercial Due Diligence supporting Oaktree Capital Management during its acquisition of Electro-Mechanical LLC (EMC). EMC is a manufacturer of engineered electrical equipment that sells its products under the Federal Pacific, Line Power, Mirus International, and GridConnex brands.

Matters Graph’s involvement leverages the firm’s experience in electrical distribution markets and equipment and transmission technologies. The team was led by Jeff Merkle and Mark Stein.
