Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, supported Neos Partners with Commercial Due Diligence during its acquisition of MGM Transformer Company. MGM Transformer Company is a manufacturer of specialty distribution transformers serving the data center, EV charging, renewable energy, and industrial end markets.
