Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, supported Neos Partners with Commercial Due Diligence during its acquisition of MGM Transformer Company. MGM Transformer Company is a manufacturer of specialty distribution transformers serving the data center, EV charging, renewable energy, and industrial end markets.
Matters Graph’s involvement leveraged the firm’s experience in energy and utilities as well as industrial products and services, focused on transformers manufacturing. The team was led by Senior Partners Jeff Merkle and Mark Stein.
