Congratulations to American Industrial Partners (AIP) on its Pending Acquisition of AGCO Corporation’s Grain & Protein Division

Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, supported AIP with Commercial Due Diligence for its pending acquisition of AGCO’s Grain & Protein division. The business designs, manufactures, and markets grain storage and seed processing equipment and solutions globally, as well as feeding, watering, climate management and control systems for protein production.
