Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, a specialist strategy consulting firm, completed comprehensive Commercial Due Diligence supporting Oaktree Capital Management during its acquisition of BusPatrol. BusPatrol partners with municipalities and school districts to deploy its “SmartBus” technology, which automates the enforcement of school bus “stop-arm violations” (i.e., the illegal act of passing a stopped school bus that has its red lights flashing).
